Ingredients
- 8 apples
- 4 tablespoons brown sugar
- 50 g butter
- a teaspoon of cinnamon powder
- countertop:
- 4 eggs
- 50 ml oil
- 200 g sugar
- 200 g flour
- a teaspoon of baking powder
- grated peel of a lemon
- a sachet of vanilla sugar
- decoration:
- 200 ml liquid cream
- grated chocolate
- grated lemon peel

Method of preparation
The apples are washed and peeled, cut into thicker slices and placed in a pan, where the cake will be baked. A detachable form of cake can also be used, but a tray will be placed under it (caramel and apple juice may flow). Place the apple slices in 2-3 layers, sprinkle the sugar over them and cut the butter into thin strips. Put them in the oven until they soften and reduce the juice and the sugar caramelizes easily. Allow to cool slightly.
Meanwhile, prepare the dough for the countertop. Beat the yolks with the sugar until they turn white, add the oil little by little and the lemon peel. Whisk the egg whites. Mix in the yolk composition 2-3 tablespoons of flour, alternating with 2-3 tablespoons of egg white foam, until the flour and egg white are finished. Mix everything lightly with a wooden spoon from bottom to top until well incorporated. Pour the dough over the apples and bake on low heat until you pass the toothpick test. Then turn the cake on a plate and leave to cool.
Decorate with whipped cream, grated chocolate with lemon peel.
