About 3 jars of 200g come out of these quantities. All you have to do is put hot salsa in sterilized jars, seal them well and then keep them in the oven overnight until they cool completely. Or you can boil them in a bain marie and then let them cool to room temperature. However, I think that this option is valid only if you want to make salsa in larger quantities and keep it "in the pantry", because otherwise, it is so good that it evaporates immediately.
