For starters I made the croissants. I put the yeast in a glass with 1-2 tablespoons of warm water and mix well. Sprinkle a little flour on top and let rise for about 15 minutes. In a large bowl add the rest of the flour, teaspoon of honey, milk, 13 g of butter and salt powder. Mix everything with the yeast. The composition must be homogeneous. If necessary, add a little more flour. Knead the dough well, so that the croissants come out as fluffy as possible, and then put them in a bowl and leave them to rise for an hour. Spread with a rolling pin on the table and cut into rays. First in two, then in four and in eight until we get triangles. Put the filling at the base of each triangle and roll. Put the croissants in the tray with baking paper (I didn't have them and put them directly in the tray) and grease them with an egg yolk mixed with a teaspoon of milk. Bake for 20 minutes at 170 degrees C. For the sandwich I used wholemeal bread that I left on both sides in the toaster. I greased a slice with a spoonful of mayonnaise and then I put 3 slices of pastrami, 1 slice of tomato, bell pepper and slices of cucumber cut lengthwise. I put the other slice of bread on top and put them in a sandwich maker on either side. They are delicious. RECIPE PREPARATION Sandwich with pork pastrami and fluffy croissants with peach jam:

For starters I made the croissants. If necessary, add a little more flour.

Knead the dough well, so that the croissants come out as fluffy as possible, and then put them in a bowl and leave them to rise for an hour. Bake for 20 minutes at 170 degrees C.

For the sandwich I used wholemeal bread that I left on one side and in the toaster. They are delicious.

Tips sites

1

You can press over the croissants before putting them in the brown sugar oven or putting a little cinnamon.

2

You can make mayonnaise at home, it is much more delicious.

Sandwich with pork pastrami and fluffy croissants with peach jam - Recipes

Today my boyfriend and I are 2 and a half years old since we are together so I had to prepare something sweet and good as it is :) I chose to make some chocolate croissants, as chocolate is still considered a aphrodisiac.

I took advantage of the fact that my aunt from the country sent me some osanza, so I made a super fluffy and fragile dough. It's the first time I use osanza for cakes, but there will be some more recipes because now I have supplies :)

  • 750 gr flour, 5 tablespoons osanza, 3 tablespoons sugar, 25 gr yeast (one cube), vanilla sugar, lemon and vanilla essence, lemon peel and orange, 2 eggs, 200 ml milk (or water), finetti.

In the depth I put osanza, lemon peel and orange and I mixed them well with flour.

In another bowl I put warm water in which I dissolved the yeast, sugar, essences and vanilla sugar. I left the mixture for 10 minutes, then I added it over the flour with osanza.

I also put the 2 eggs and I kneaded well an elastic dough but not soft.

I let it (covered with a clean towel) grow for an hour.

Then I floured the table and spread the dough. I tried to form circles and then cut them into 4 forming triangles. The fact that I was a disaster in geometry all my life said its word because they did not turn out perfect.
But for the first try I was satisfied :)).

I filled the pieces of dough with finetti and rolled.

I put it in the tray on baking paper and left it in the preheated oven for 30 minutes.

I took them out and powdered them hot with sugar.

They are delicious and good the next day for breakfast with a cup of milk or a cup of coffee.

Let me tell you the recipe for cheese croissants:

For the dough, see the recipe here for Fluffy Potato Bread. From the amount given in the recipe for potato bread, make a loaf of bread and 20 large croissants. You can only make half the amount of dough if you just want croissants & # 128578

For the filling you can use:

-salted cheese, eggs and, if desired, cumin, you can also add chopped pieces, if you have & # 128578

-or sweet cheese, sugar, flavors

-or salted cheese, cheese, bacon, tomatoes and diced peppers- pizza type

-or nuts, ground hazelnuts, poppy seeds

-any filling, according to preference

Break the dough into pieces, see in the pictures. I break by hand, my dough is very fluffy and I don't like to use a grip or a knife. I break about a handful of dough, then at one end I roll and flatten it. I do everything by hand, I don't use shit, I'm very fast. That's how I got used to it, but you can spread a big sheet with the shit and cut the dough into rectangles.

Place the desired filling on each rectangle, roll it and place it in a tray lined with baking paper. Allow to rise for 20 minutes, grease with beaten egg with 1 tablespoon of milk or water, sprinkle with seeds (poppy, sesame, cumin, blackcurrant), sugar, ground walnuts, etc.

Bake at the right heat (180 degrees), when they are nicely browned, they are ready.

It can be made with all kinds of fillings, you can use any kind of leavened dough, but this fluffy bread dough with potatoes is absolutely wonderfully fluffy.

They are definitely the fluffiest leavened horns they make. And I do not do few, you have seen how many miracles I cook. & # 128578 Please tell me your opinion about this recipe, about the other recipes on the blog and if you like it, please share it on social networks. What other recipes do you want me to write about? & # 128578

I invite you to try other croissant recipes, click on the pictures to see the recipes:

Sandwich with pork pastrami and fluffy croissants with peach jam - Recipes

There are fluffy croissants, consisting of two overlapping sheets, one white and one in which cocoa is placed, filled with orange jam or plum jam with roasted walnuts, then dipped in a sweet vanilla-flavored syrup. Very good and quite cheap, they can be taken in a package at school, if you want to replace the croissant with commercial chocolate, which the little ones always crave. The dough does not contain eggs, and the milk can be replaced with mineral water. From the quantities below, you get 32 medium horns.
The basic recipe I found on the blog Isabel, I added a little more sugar and another tablespoon of cocoa. I was very pleased with the result (and the horns disappeared very quickly.).

Dough ingredient:
500 ml of milk or mineral water,
10 tablespoons sugar,
1 teaspoon salt,
2 tablespoons dry yeast,
170 ml oil,
3 tablespoons cocoa,
vanilla essence,
800 - 900 g of flour.
Filling:
a few tablespoons of orange marmalade and plum jam,
a few pieces of fried walnuts.
Syrup:
250 g sugar,
100 ml water,
vanilla essence.
Method of preparation:
Mix the yeast with a tablespoon of flour, a teaspoon of sugar and a little warm milk (or warm water, if you do not use milk). Allow to rise for 5 to 10 minutes in the heat. Sift 100 g of flour into a large bowl, add the yeast, warm milk, sugar, salt and vanilla and mix well. Add the rest of the flour up to 800 g. Add 100 ml of oil, gradually and mix well, until you get a very soft and elastic dough, which comes off the bowl.
