In the first saucepan (the one with the milk) add the broken chocolate in pieces and mix well until it melts completely. Then add the cocoa powder mixture with milk and sugar and continue to mix until you get a smooth drink.

How to make hot chocolate from 3 ingredients

Hot chocolate is one of my favorites in the cold season, only good for warming up when you come frozen outside. Those who are not used to drinking coffee often prefer this delicious drink, which has its disadvantages.

The hot chocolate recipe that I propose to you contains 3 ingredients that you surely already have at home, and with which you will get a delicious drink, but which you can consume without worrying about chemicals.

3. The composition is for 5 servings of hot chocolate and lasts in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.

4. For a hot chocolate use 3 tablespoons of ganaj and 150 ml of milk, if you leave the ganaj in the fridge and harden, 2 tablespoons of ganaj are enough for a cup.

5. Pour 150 ml of milk over the ganaj and then decorate with soft meringues or whipped cream.

Vegan Hot Chocolate (1 serving)

Ingredients: 1 cup and 2 tablespoons vegetable milk (can be soy, almond or coconut), 2 teaspoons cocoa powder, 1 teaspoon natural sweetener, & frac14 teaspoon vanilla extract and cinnamon powder

Heat the milk over low heat. Meanwhile, mix the cocoa powder with the sweetener and 2 tablespoons of vegetable milk. Mix well until you get a paste, which you will then incorporate into the boiled milk. Stop the fire before it starts to boil. Put the hot chocolate in a cup, add a cinnamon powder and serve before it cools.
